about

Thought: around 2000 I was very fond of Photek, Goldie and the likes. So I decided to try and record a drum'n'bass album. I don't know if I have succedeed but "Across A Sea Of Suns" is the result. Listening to it now I can say that it can be viewed not as a strict drum'n'bass album but as an electronic release influenced by late 90's drum'n'bass artists. The title comes from a science fiction novel of the same name by author Gregory Benford.

matter: synthesizers, samples, effects, programming.

history: initially released as "Solenoid" this album was released in 2001 and distributed in cd and mp3 format through the now defunct Vitaminic portal. Extremely rare.

now: this album is available again through bandcamp in its completeness as a free download.
